Disclaimer for Breathwork + Yoga + Coaching
WELLNESS NOTICE ON BREATHWORK
Breathwork and yoga are generally suitable and beneficial for most people. Regular practice can lower blood pressure, improve heart rate variability, enhance cardiovascular health, reduce stress, improve focus, increase energy, and support emotional balance and personal growth.
However, individuals with certain health conditions — including but not limited to pregnancy, cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, severe psychiatric disorders, recent surgeries, spinal injuries, joint problems, or glaucoma — should exercise caution or avoid intensive practices and consult a healthcare professional beforehand.
SELF-RESPONSIBILITY + RISKS
By participating in breathwork, yoga, or coaching sessions, I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my physical and mental well-being and for creating my own results. I will listen to my body and adjust practices as needed to avoid discomfort or injury. I understand that injuries may occur during the sessions, and I participate entirely at my own risk. I release BeWell by Michèle Fabian from any liability for discomfort, injury, or negative effects that may occur during or after the breathwork and yoga sessions.
HEALTH RESTRICTIONS
I have informed the coach of any health restrictions, injuries, or conditions. If I have any health concerns, I will consult a doctor before participating in the classes.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Breathwork, yoga, and coaching sessions are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. If I have any health issues, including pregnancy, I will consult my doctor before participating. It is essential to listen to my body and only engage in practices that feel safe and appropriate.
COACH'S ROLE
The coach acts as a mentor and guide with extensive expertise in holistic health coaching, breathwork, and yoga. While these sessions support your health and well-being goals, they are not a replacement for medical or psychological advice.
