At my Online Studio I create a variety of guided Breathwork journeys for you, each thoughtfully designed around different themes to support your well-being and for you to simply nurture yourself, re-connect and enjoy.

Our classes blend timeless practices with the principles of functional breathing, making it easy for you to integrate these techniques into your daily life. Whether you’re looking to lower stress, enhance emotional balance, get yourself ready for a busy day or simply find a moment of calm, our breathwork sessions are here to support you. Each of our classes is uniquely themed, offering a fresh and engaging experience every time. From balancing breathwork sessions to energizing practices, each class is accompanied by a specially curated playlist to enhance your journey. We also sometimes incorporate gentle movement and reflective journaling to deepen your connection with yourself.

The sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone. My approach combines ancient techniques with functional breathing principles, empowering you to explore the transformative power of your breath.

All you need to know

What:
Each Breathwork class is centered around a different theme, depending on the theme and intention of the class they are 30-75 Min. long.
All Levels are welcome. No previous knowledge is necessary. 
Classes will be guided in English, but I am happy to give supportive information in German if needed.

Where:
We meet online via Zoom. I will send you the link via E-Mail before class.

When:
Please Visit our Class Schedule to check the different themes and times. 

Please arrive 5 Min. earlier on Zoom, so we can start all together on time.

I will send out the replay of every class, available for 10 days. However, I encourage you to join live for the best experience. 

Limited spots available. 

Please read the Health Information regarding Breathwork, especially if you're new to this kind of practice.

Get comfortable & centered

Simple steps to prepare for your class

Here's some tipps how to prepare for your best experience. Because I want you to fully enjoy the experience and make the most of it. 

Find your space: Choose a quiet, comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed, you can fully relax and focus on your breath.

Comfort is key: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe deeply and move freely. You might also want to have a blanket or ecushion nearby for added comfort.

Bring a mat: If you have a yoga mat, lay it out. If not, a soft rug or towel will work just fine. This will give you a supportive surface to sit or lie on.

Set the mood: Feel free to dim the lights or light a candle to create a balanced athmosphere. Whatever helps you feel at ease.

Have water nearby: It’s always a good idea to stay hydrated.

Tech check: Make sure your device is fully charged and that your internet connection is stable. You might also want to use headphones for a more immersive experience.

Bring a journal: If you like, bring something to write to capture your thoughts and reflections after class. Reflective journaling enhances your self-awareness, helping you connect more deeply with your experiences and insights.

Open mind, open heart: It's recommended to not eat anything about 1 hour before class. Come with an open mind and be ready to explore your breath. This is your time to connect with yourself, so approach it with curiosity and kindness.
