In this 1:1 intensive program, you’ll learn how to use your superpower, your breath, intentionally to relieve stress, regulate your emotions, improve focus, and strengthen your inner balance. Together, we’ll create your own daily Breathwork routine that helps you live more mindfully and bring positive changes into your life.
Choose your individual focus
In the first session, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Breathwork, including how our breath affects the nervous system and key techniques to ground yourself. For the next two sessions, you can choose two modules that best align with your goals and needs: Calm, Balance, Clarity, or Energy.
What can you expect during our sessions?
In your 1:1 sessions via Zoom, you’ll learn the theoretical basics, practice the techniques, and experience a themed breath journey accompanied by specially curated music – the highlight of every session!
Additional support
Between sessions, a workbook will support you with your daily exercises at home, and you’ll have 24/7 chat support from me personally to answer any questions or help with challenges. Before each 1:1 session, an accountability check-in questionnaire will help you stay accountable for your progress. To wrap it all up, we’ll meet for a final integration check-in to solidify everything you’ve learned and ensure you have everything you need to make breathwork a lasting part of your daily routine. All for creating sustainable balance in your life.

Just Breathe is not an online course. Just Breathe is a modular, goal-oriented program tailored specifically to your needs, where you work directly with me 1:1 via Zoom. In Just Breathe, you’ll learn and practice live with me, focusing on the techniques that align with your goals. You won’t waste precious time like in an online course with pre-recorded videos in a one-size-fits-all approach.
The program’s elements (live online sessions, workbook, accountability check-in, WhatsApp support) are designed to ensure that you actually apply what you learn – because that’s always the most challenging part where most people struggle. And as you know, new habits and lasting change come through continuous repetition.
Additionally, I’ll provide guidance on all your questions about breathwork and your new routine, because I want you to feel completely clear and confident.
